Papylon
sells some items that may be illegal for use in
your country, eg. Telephone Line Transmitters are
illegal to use on local telephone lines, and some
other networks. We offer these products for sale
on the basis that the customer abides by his/her
local regulations.
Papylon will only accept order cancellations in
extreme circumstances. Should Papylon decide to
accept an order cancellation there will be a charge
of S$30-00 plus the credit card % charge. (2% for
visa, MasterCard, bankcard. 4% for Dinners)
Papylon does not offer refunds, please choose carefully.
Most of our devices are
custom built prototypes by technicians, a return
of many items would cost the company several hours
of a technicians or other persons time.
Papylon offers shipping of orders to most worldwide
destinations as a value added
service. Shipments will in most cases be delivered
to your doorstep, with most
formalities handled on your behalf via shipping
agents representatives.
Your order will be shipped at your cost, and goods
in stock will usually be shipped with 72 hours.
Orders that require modification or are not in stock
will normally require between 7 days to 30 days
to be shipped.
A do place much emphasis on ensuring that your shipment
gets to you in the fastest and quickest possible
time, whilst ensuring reasonable and affordable
costs, but cannot and will not be held responsible
for late arrival of orders.
Should you require insurance for your shipment,
please let us know in advance. If we do not receive
a request for shipping insurance, we will not insure
it. If you want insurance, please let us know so
we can request insurance on your behalf. International
shipping insurance is at your cost and at your request
only.
Papylon will honor our warranty for the agreed period
providing the primary requirement of general care
has been maintained. Damage due to misuse, negligence,
unauthorised repair, tampering, etc, will render
warranty of equipment void, and may
attract extra charges, including service and transport
charges.
Please do not return goods that have been neglected
as warranty exchange will not take place. In addition,
you should ensure that goods are returned in original
packing, complete with accessories and manuals.
Many items have different periods from 3 months
to 2 years depending on product.
As
many of our items are prototype devices, or may
not have type approved transmitting and/or receiving
frequencies, they may not have approval to be used
in your country.
