Repair and Express Replacement Service
We endeavour to meet all clients expectations and
security needs, and in the unlikely event equipment
malfunctions, we will offer to replace or repair
the item within the shortest possible time.
After Sales Maintenance
Maintening your investment is a priority to us and
we would be happy to conduct regular maintenance
and service checks on your installed equipment either
on an ad-hoc basis or on contractual terms, for

each project services team. The project services
team, with their expertise in system configuration
design, is tasked to help our clients meet their
security needs. In addition, the project services
team also provides maintenance services to our large
pool of clients, ensuring satisfactory operation
of the systems installed at all times. In effect,
our primary objective is to actively support the
entire network of both our clients and principles.
Papylon provides turnkey solutions and after sales
maintenance services to our clients. We customize
our systems to match the requirements for the varied
